When we talk about fashion technology as career, it’s not only related to clothing and making of garments. It is a very vast field one can join. F.Tech is the production of clothing by implementing multiple fields together such as product design, science, medicine and technology!
The career is tightly related to the field of wearable technology and is a movement that is pushing the boundaries of our capabilities as humans in our daily lives. The process in this field involves inspiration, thinking, ideas, creativity, experiment, innovation, research, brain-storming, designing, manufacturing and production system.
What is the criteria for taking admission in F.Tech?
If you want to have a career in F.tech, you must passed 12th from a designated board. You can have any stream (Science, Commerce, and Arts) but Math must be there in your subject in (10+2). You must pass 12th with minimum 50% or 60% it varies sometimes.
You can be any designer in F.tech as career without a degree also, but having a degree helps out more in the practical field. Having a degree doesn’t give you the guarantee that you will be successful in this field, but yes! it does increase the chances and knowledge too which is obviously turns out a way more beneficial for everyone.
